Meditation and Energetic Clearing In The Shire

The Centre facilitates numerous Meditation Classes catering for both adults and children. 

We offer a unique experience in that we are offering classes that are held both at the centre and also out in nature, in the national park, just opposite.

We aim to encourage gentle outdoor exercise to open the energy centres, cleanse and to ground your energy. We encourage clients to find the stillness and to merge with nature, finding serenity and a deep level of peace.

The bushwalks last for an hour in which that time you will have exercised, meditated and cleared your fields. All walking tracks are basic, and very easy. We just ask that you wear enclosed shoes, wear a hat, and bring sufficient water.

* Your guide will assist you to enter into meditation and all groups are small and intimate. The group bushwalk and  meditation group meets at the centre Wednesday morning 10am.

* Meditation held indoors at centre Friday mornings 10am all welcome.

* Thursday night adult meditation class for adults 7pm  limited to 7 people so please confirm with a text or email,as spots fill up quickly

Children’s meditation classes

* Classes are held at the centre Sunday mornings 11am -12 and 1pm – 2pm catering for boys and girls of all ages

Lightworker and starseed monthly support group

 Held the last Friday of the month at the centre.7 pm-9. Booking essential. Come along and share your stories and meet like minded soul family.

Crystal, indigo and starchildren  Monthly  support group

 Held last Thursday of the month at 6pm-8. Bookings essential. Come along and allow these gifted children make like minded friends, and share their stories, and allow them a safe space to share there gifts and experiences. Building a strong group energy and union.
